Won't charge my iPad 5 Air
By RogerRanger
I just received this charger and tried it out. Back it goes. Tried it in my car and got a black "Not Charging" and a "This device is not supported…". It says Apple Certified and free shipping. All I can tell you is what happened to me.

iPhone 5 charger
By Daniel
I purchased this item because my previous phone charger (that was not apple certified) decided to stop working... This product is 10x better and is a third of the price of an apple charger. My only complaint is that it's much bulkier than the normal apple charger... However, it works perfectly and I haven't had any problems with it.

Awesome, While It Lasts - Beware! (Updated 11-20-13)
By Patricia Elliott
I received this item on November 7th and I was more than excited to finally be able to read while my iPad Mini was charging. After only four days (3 charges) the prong end popped off the plug. I am very upset, this is extremely cheaply made. Apparently "Apple Certified" doesn't mean it is well made. I'll try gluing it back on but there isn't much of a surface so I won't hold out much hope.
UPDATE: I was able to glue the prong end back in place using Gorilla Glue and a toothpick. In order to avoid another "incident" I leave the charger plugged into an adapter and remove the entire thing from the wall plug when I am finished charging. It is a bit cumbersome but it works.
